Lee Yong, 26 years old, decides to join “Khour” Qatari football club, leaving his position as a defender in “Jeju United”, according to Yonhap news.
An official in the Korean club stated that Lee left Korea heading to Qatar to get all the medical tests needed before joining the team.
He’s expected to join the Qatari team during this month after signing a two-year contract.
Lee, who graduated from Korea University, joined Gwangju FC in 2011, then going to Jeju United Fc in 2013.
