Asia suffers from pollution once again in 2015
As 2015 comes to a close, Asia proves to have another year of air pollution and its suffering ahead. According to the statistics issued by World Air Quality, China comes in the first place when it comes to the worst air quality in Asia.
As among the top ten spots of locations with the worst air quality, China takes 9 spots with areas like Shahu Tourism Zone and Jincheng being in the top five, and in the sixth place comes Tolgoit of Mongolia, a neighboring Asian country which suffers from the highest rate after China in air pollution.
It’s followed by India, which shows a considerable amount of pollution especially in Kolkata and New Delhi, also a red alert was issued in Taiwan after Linyuan crossed the red threshold.
While on a global scale, China once again takes three spots of the list of top ten worst air quality in the world with Shahu Tourism Zone and Jincheng once again.
On the other hand, Japan took over the list of best air quality in Asia with a large number of provinces proving to be the best in Asia in addition to South Korea’s Incheon. Other countries that hasn’t suffered much from air pollution in Asia are Malaysia and Thailand.
