People run away at the Cilvegozu customs gate at the Turkey-Syria border near Reyhanli, Hatay, Turkey, Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, minutes after a car bomb exploded. Turkey’s Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc said 12 people died and 28 were wounded and taken to hospitals in Turkey.
