Cambodia’s Minister of Commerce Cham Prasidh (R) and visiting Minister of Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi hold talks in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Oct. 1, 2012.
