Russia is not planning on selling energy giant Gazprom, Russian President Vladimir Putin said, Sputnik reports.
“We have no plans to sell it yet, and this is because of the peculiarities of the Russian economy, the social sphere and the Russian energy industry,” Putin told Bloomberg, explaining why he was unconcerned by the company’s share price.
“Gazprom is clearly undervalued — this is an absolutely obvious fact,” the president stated.
