Asia Journalist Association (AJA) publishes a monthly journal in South Korea as “MagazineN” in addition to the existing on-line media, THE AsiaN (http://www.theasian.asia/) serving in English, Arabic and Korean.

Job Description:

Asia Journalist Association is seeking an opportunity to hire one (1) correspondent/reporter with its newsroom team based in Seoul. The reporter is needed for the monthly magazine and the website.

-Writing, editing articles and making interviews,

-Managing social media accounts,

-Updating daily news to the website .

This is a full-time position based in Seoul.

Eligibility:

Korean and English fluency,

Graduates from Journalism, Media and similar type of social majors,

Living in Seoul city,

Sharp instincts for news and news values

Strong interest in domestic and international news

Strong communication & organizational skills

A basic understanding of MS programs and Photoshop

Social media savvy, especially Facebook and Twitter
