Sri Lankan Lawyers Condemn The Threats Against Lawyers Who Opposed Impeachment Of Chief Justice

Sri Lankan lawyers of Lawyers’ Collective gather to sign a petition condemning the threats received by the lawyers who opposed a controversial impeachment that fired country’s chief justice, outside the cout complex in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Monday, Jan. 21, 2013. Threatening letters have been sent to lawyers who protested the controversial impeachment process that led to the firing of the country’s chief justice Shirani Bandaranayake last week.
