Nagoya University Hospital will conclude an agreement with Seoul National University Hospital possibly in mid-July to start an exchange program between their nurses and other staff with the aim of improving their medical skills, hospital officials said Tuesday.
It will be the first time a national university hospital in Japan has concludes a nurse dispatch accord with an overseas university hospital, they said.
The two hospitals also hope to tackle common challenges, including high turnovers and human resource development, through the exchange program.
