Rescuers inspect the site of a bomb attack in Kirkuk, Iraq, on Jan. 16, 2013. Up to 17 people were killed and 133 wounded in two bomb attacks targeting offices of Kurdish parties in the ethnically mixed cities of Kirkuk and Tuz-Khurmato in northern Iraq on Wednesday, according to the police.
