Kazakh policeman adopts five children of different ethnics
Galym Arystanbayev, a senior policeman in Kazakhstan adopted five children, in addition to three of his own.
Yerbolat Uatkhanov, the reporter of The Astana Times, wrote the story of the man who always wanted to have a big family.
He said, “I have a big family and Aliya, my wife, greatly supports me. We understand and complement each other. All our family members are healthy and happy and this is the key point. Yes, I am the happiest man in the world.”
The 38-year-old policeman has three sons and he wanted to have a daughter.
When he and his wife went to the orphanage to adopt only one daughter, they suddenly decided to adopt five children. All children are of different ethnics. The eldest girl is Azerbaijani, a middle one is Chinese and a younger daughter is Uzbek. The eldest boy is Romany and a younger boy is Russian.
He says that all of them speak in the Kazakh language although they are different ethnics.
