Opening ceremony for 69th session of UN ESCAP held in Bangkok

The opening ceremony of the Ministerial Segment of the 69th Commission Session of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is held in Bangkok, Thailand, April 29, 2013.
