India’s ruling Congress party supporters gather for a public rally in New Delhi, India, Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012. The top leaders of the party addressed a rare gathering of hundreds of thousands of cheering supporters Sunday, its first serious attempt at reclaiming lost political ground after being battered by a series of corruption scandals.
