Both men and women dislike clothing that is too revealing

Unexpectedly, both men and women dislike clothing that is too revealing, according to a survey Sunday.

Clothing that is too revealing was the worst dress both for men and women, followed by jogging suits (16.7 percent for men, 15.5 percent for women) and everyday casual (16.7 percent for men, 13.5 percent for women), said the survey of 150 men and women in their 20s.

About 11.1 percent of men interviewed dislike women’s clothing that makes them look older than their age, followed by clothing with fur (7.4 percent), said the survey conducted by Miller Co.

Some 10.3 percent of women polled dislike men’s suits in silver, followed by skinny jeans (8.6 percent), it said.

Men called padding jacket and one-piece dresses “ugly” clothing of women.

About 33 percent of men questioned like “sexy” clothing on women, while 32.2 percent of women like “neat” clothing on men, the survey said. <Korea Times/Lee Ji-eun>
