Entertainer and actress Amy, who was charged for abusing prescription drugs Propofol and Zolpidem, will be forced to deport the country on December 30.

The Korean Immigration office revealed to Daily Sports on December 22 that they ordered for Amy to leave the country by December 31. According to the reports, Amy had initially been revealed to be deported to China; however, following Korean immigration laws, Amy will be deported to Guam, an island territory of the U.S., where she holds citizenship.

According to ALLKPOP, a rep from the immigration office explained, “After she is deported, she can decide on moving to a different country in accordance to the applicable laws of that territory.”

Amy debuted as a TV actress in 2008, taking that stage name instead of her real name, Lee Yoon Ji. According to The Korea Times, she was fined 5 million won ($4,300) in September last year after it was confirmed she bought Zolpidem, a common prescription sleeping drug, without prescription. The departure order came after Lee broke her conditions after she was sentenced eight months’ jail, suspended for two years, for abusing the psychotropic drug Propofol in November 2012.
