Herdsmen decorate a goat in celebration of the traditional livestock prosperity festival at Hexigten Banner in Chifeng, north China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Feb. 21, 2013. The festival is a special day typically held around the Spring Festival, on which nomadic Mongolians celebrates the “new year” for their livestocks herds. During the festival, people go out camping tents, examine the health problems of their livestock, and dressing up the male livestock.
