Meditation on Happiness

The purpose of our life is to achieve happiness; please look at this simple statement, which can be used as powerful tools helping us navigating our daily life’s problems, let us meditate on this purpose in the following few lines:

– From time to time, we are facing pivotal decisions that can affect the entire courses of our lives. When life becomes too issues, at these time, we have to stand back and remind ourselves of our overall purpose of life, which is happiness.

– When we face a feeling of stagnation and confusion, we have to take an hour, an afternoon, or even several days to simply reflect on what will truly bring us happiness and then reset our priorities on the basis of that, towards our purpose of life, which is happiness.

If we manage to do so I think, this can put our life back in purpose context allowing a fresh perspective and enabling use to see which direction to take in order to achieve our purpose of life, to achieve our happiness.

Sometimes when we meet old friends, they remind us how quickly times passes and it may keep us wondering if we are utilizing our time properly or not. In fact, proper utilization of our time is so important. I believe every minute in our life is something very precious.

– Our day to day existence is very much alive with hope, although there is no guarantee for our future, although there is no guarantee that tomorrow at this time we will be here,

but we have to work for tomorrow on the basis of hope reflecting on what is truly of value in our life, what gives meaning to our lives, let us set our priorities on the basis of that.

– On conclusion, the purpose of our life needs to be positive, for our life to be of value, I think we must develop basic good human qualities, warmth, kindness, compassion, etc. then our life become meaningful, and more peaceful, perhaps at this moment we can achieve our purpose of life, which is happiness.
